This eclectic-shaped office, based on 3D modelling, was inspired by the penchant of creative industries for abandoned warehouses due to their open floorplans, flexible space and exposed surfaces. The Vanke Cloud design commune transforms those elements into a medium-rise office building by disassembling the standard single large core into several small cores, with a large terrace space on every third floor. It has quickly become one of Guangzhou’s more iconic office buildings.
