Making use of the 600-metre-long canal landscape belt, a waterfront living scene is fashioned, resembling a landscape painting that gradually unfolds at the waterside. Curves are continuously applied to the overall design. The facade features distinct wavy forms interwoven with glazing. The main facade is a 12m high curtain wall composed of aluminium grilles. The repeated vertical lines depict the tile-covered pitched rooves of traditional architecture in Southern China. The lighting creates a strong sense of rhythm.
