Sarah is a registered architect, having received her Master of Architecture at the Bartlett School of Architecture, London. She is a founder of the multidisciplinary practice SKY YUTAKA with a focus on architecture, landscape and art projects exploring history, culture, materiality and technology, and the potential to develop design through collaboration and community engagement. The practice won an A&D Award for a landscaping project in 2016.

She is an honorary officer of the RIBA Hong Kong Chapter and an advocate for equality, diversity and inclusion. Active in academia, she is Adjunct Associate Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a lecturer at the University of Lincoln in Hong Kong. Her research evolves around the topic of place making and the history of Hong Kong and she has contributed to initiatives to promote emerging local creative talent.

Dr. Sujata Govada is an award-winning urban designer and architect who has pioneered smart city developments in Hong Kong, the US, Philippines, India and beyond. As the CEO of Hong Kong-based UDP International, she has built a reputation for taking a collaborative, smart and sustainable approach to planning and design, with a focus on people, place and planet. Dr. Govada is also an Adjunct Associate Professor for the School of Architecture at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, teaching at the master’s program in Urban Design that she helped to start.

Wesley is a renowned interior designer acclaimed for creating harmonious and warm interiors on any scale. His exceptional work has been recognized with numerous awards, including two Gold Awards in A&D Awards 2022, the Best of Year Award (US), Architecture MasterPrize (US), and Design for Asia Award (HK). In 2016, he was honoured as one of the “10 Most Outstanding Young Persons” in China, and in 2022 was recognised as a 40 Under 40 Award winner by PERSPECTIVE.

In 2009, Wesley founded his own studio, PplusP Creations, and has since been actively involved in the design community. He currently holds positions as Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Interior Design Association (HKIDA), a Board Member of the Asia Pacific Space Designers Association (APSDA), and an associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Wesley’s commitment to innovation and design excellence is unwavering, and he is currently pursuing a PhD at the School of Architecture & Urban Design at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Australia.

Yimei Chan is the co-founder, partner and design director of LOD architecture studio, which embraces a philosophy of designing “far beyond known limits” to help create a more natural, reasonable and beautiful world. The firm serves as an experimental laboratory and open platform for developing new ideas and designs through innovation and collaboration across multiple disciplines.

Now alternating between the studio’s Shenzhen and Hong Kong offices, Yimei has over twenty years of professional experience including the US, Canada, Europe and China. Her works include masterplan projects in Hong Kong and China, office headquarters, hospitality, co-living and brand experience design.

Yimei is the founder and Vice Chair of Small World Foundation and current President of AIA Hong Kong. Previously she worked with Steven Holl Architects, Revery Architecture (formerly Bing Thom Architects), Aedas and SOM.

Half Japanese and half Chinese, Yuki Yasukagawa has often found inspiration from merging cultures together, whilst creating a sense of authenticity, timeless comfort and beauty. As creative director at Design East, she has built a reputation for her meticulous restaurant designs, most notably the flagship of 3 Michelin starred chef, Araki San from Tokyo. The intimate omakase restaurant is booked months in advance.

Yuki began her journey at The University of Arts London, before joining Design East, founded by her father Yasuhiro Yasukagawa in Hong Kong in 1988 and now with branches in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. She is proud to be part of a family business that passes company values and design knowledge through the generations.
