Quentin’s design philosophy is centred on the idea that architecture has the power to unite communities and create lasting positive impacts on society. He believes that the built environment can shape not only the way people interact with spaces but also how they connect with one another. This philosophy is guided by a deep understanding of how architecture can both shape and be shaped by diverse contexts, gained through his international experience.
Quentin’s approach to design is characterized by sensitivity and purpose. He advocates for designs that breathe new life into their surroundings without overpowering them, engaging meaningfully with the people who inhabit the spaces. His goal is to create environments that foster inclusivity, engagement, and a sense of belonging, addressing both social and environmental needs.
As the co-founder of Design PY in Hong Kong, Quentin is currently focused on exhibition designs and public art installations. These upcoming projects aim to promote interaction, creativity, and cultural exchange, reflecting his commitment to pushing the boundaries of architecture and producing designs that encourage social dialogue and cultural exchange.
