Cynthia brings over a decade of experience in interior design, shaping spaces that balance creativity, functionality, and emotional connection. A graduate of Chelsea College of Art in London with first-class honours, she combines artistic sensitivity with technical precision, qualities that define her approach to design.
Before joining CAN Design, Cynthia worked across multiple creative fields and with several renowned international firms, gaining a broad perspective that enriches her design thinking. As one of the key founding members in her previous tenure, she played a key role in shaping the company’s brand and business direction, developing client relationships, and leading design delivery. This entrepreneurial foundation instilled in her a strong sense of purpose and collaboration, values she continues to bring to CAN, a firm rooted in co-creation and passion.
At CAN Design, Cynthia leads large-scale commercial interior projects across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Asia. Her diverse portfolio spans commercial retail, corporate offices, museums, and exhibition, each demonstrating her ability to craft spatial narratives that are both thoughtful and compelling. She approaches each project with curiosity and discipline, believing that innovation stems from exploration rather than limitation.
