Here are your winners for A&D Awards 2020!
After two rounds of intense scrutiny and adjudication by our international panel of judges, it’s time to reveal all the winners of A&D Awards 2020.
Topping the charts are our 34 Gold Award winners – 16 in the Architecture and Future Developments categories and 18 in the Interior Design and Innovation & Technology categories. The overwhelming majority were awarded to projects and products in Greater China, with three going to international projects. The judges identified 19 Silver and 15 Bronze Awards.
The winners were selected from 94 projects that were shortlisted after Round One. More than 300 entries were submitted this year, which was tremendous response from the architecture and interior design community given the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
There were six sub-categories in which no project was deemed worthy of an award. A more rigorous, two-tier judging system was adopted this year to ensure that only the very best projects and practices would go on to win a Gold, Silver or Bronze A&D Award.
Shanghai-based Neri&Hu Design and Research Office won the Practice of the Year award for a second consecutive year.
The A&D Awards 2020 team would like to thank our distinguished judges who spent many hours reviewing the projects, our supporting organisations, all those practices who submitted entries this year and the wider A&D community for your ongoing support. The A&D Awards will be back in 2021!
