With over 15 years of experience in interior design, I have had the privilege of managing a diverse array of projects, ranging from retail spaces and restaurants to high-end residential developments and hotels. My work has taken me across Hong Kong, China, Bangkok, and South Asia, where I’ve collaborated with esteemed developers and designed dream homes for talented artists. During my time at BTR, I guided a dedicated team through the successful completion of numerous projects, nurturing our collective creativity from initial design concepts through to construction and final handover.
In 2020, I founded Soil Studios with a mission to connect deeply with our clients, focusing not only on functional spaces but also on enriching lifestyle experiences for both private clients and the wider community. Our design philosophy is rooted in conscious design, emphasizing sustainability and community impact. Just as soil nurtures growth, we strive to create environments that enhance the human experience. We prioritize eco-friendly materials and ethical solutions, resulting in interiors that are expressive yet balanced, simple yet sophisticated.
Our work reflects a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation. Looking ahead, Soil Studios aims to expand beyond interior design to explore eco-conscious fashion, vegan food and beverages, and spiritual living experiences. Being recognised as a 40 Under 40 Award winner not only honours our journey, but hopefully will also inspire others to embrace sustainable practices, reinforcing the belief that design can be a powerful force for positive change.
