Design Philosophy:
My dual academic background in urban planning at the undergraduate level and architecture at the postgraduate level has endowed me with a multifaceted perspective that integrates urban, cultural, and environmental considerations into my architectural and spatial design thinking.
Throughout my career, the completion of various buildings and interactions with designers from different fields and clients have seen me evolve from a junior architect responsible for a segment of the design to a lead architect and project manager overseeing entire architectural projects.
These experiences have fortified my design philosophy—that space and form are the outcomes of function and context, and that the ultimate goal of architectural design is to present a beautiful exterior encapsulating a space with rich connotations. Diverse project types, including hotels, commercial spaces, urban renewal, cultural exhibition halls, and residential buildings, have continuously enriched my technical expertise and design thinking.
Through the baptism of various project types, I have been able to establish connections between space and users with a more macro and diverse vision, enabling architecture to better serve people and to exist more harmoniously within cities and among landscapes, becoming anchor points on the earth.
