Claude Touikan

A Madagascar-born Chinese-Canadian, Claude is a registered member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, L’Ordre des Architectes du Québec (OAQ) and the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA).

As a co-founder and executive director of Lead8, he leads architectural design teams on predominantly mixed-use developments in Hong Kong and China, including high-profile projects such as 11 SKIES and the Central Harbourfront Site 3, both of which are expected to become new benchmarks for premium retail, dining and entertainment (RDE) development in Hong Kong.

Passionate about design, Claude manages a weekly design review workshop for the studio which ensures quality standards are maintained across projects. Forward-thinking, he regularly shares his design insight in the industry on topics ranging from AI, smart cities and increasing social currency to the evolving nature of RDE hubs.
